PHOTOS: Chelsea celebrate 4th Premier League title
Chelsea closed out their Premier League-winning season with, shocker, a victory at Stamford Bridge - topping Sunderland 3-1 in the final match of the campaign on Sunday.
While the Blues have long known that this season's title belongs to them, they were finally afforded the opportunity to get their hands on the silverware, and celebrate in front of their supporters.
In his final match for the club, iconic striker Didier Drogba - who announced his decision to move elsewhere earlier in the day - stood alongside longtime teammate John Terry as the captain hoisted the hardware skyward, to the roar of some 41,000 supporters.
