Yaya Toure has been the best player all year long for Manchester City.
Some would say he was more deserving than Luis Suarez of being named PFA Player of the Year. But that's an argument for another day.

The goal, City's 100th of the season, was also a historic one for the dominant midfielder.
Yaya's goal now makes him just the second central midfielder to score 20+ goals in a single EPL season. (The other? Frank Lampard.)
