Look: City players embark on tour of Manchester to pay homage to fans
Manchester City fans throughout Greater Manchester received a treat Monday, as members of their favourite team popped by for a visit to show their appreciation.
A day after wrapping up the Premier League campaign and securing a place in the Champions League next season, City players were deployed throughout Manchester and got a glimpse of the day-to-day life of supporters.
Whether they were sitting down for tea and biscuits or skinning fans in a game of beach football, players embraced the opportunity to meet with faithful supporters during a campaign dedicated to fans called "Nothing without you."
Raheem Sterling and Tosin Adarabioyo likely benefited the most from their visit, as they were given a valuable knitting lesson.
Meanwhile, Yaya Toure was off to spend time with a supporter celebrating a special birthday, even though the team took a slight dig at his infamous birthday-gate scandal.
