Eden Hazard? Diego Costa? Nope. It was, against the odds, Michy Batshuayi who played the role of hero.
The seldom-used Belgian scored the goal to clinch the Premier League title for Chelsea on Friday, Batshuayi coming off the bench late to slide home an 82nd-minute tally that gave the Blues a 1-0 victory over a resolute West Brom side.

The goal is just his second in the league this season.
