Look: Tottenham's Walker gets booted in the face

Kyle Walker was lucky to escape serious injury Saturday after Neil Taylor's high boot caught the Tottenham defender in the face.

A remorseful Taylor looked concerned in the moments after Walker dropped to the pitch, Walker writhing in pain as he and the Swansea defender attempted to get a touch on the bouncing ball.

Taylor's left foot appeared to catch Walker on his cheek, while his other boot also looked as though it grazed the right-back's forehead.

Taylor escaped punishment for the dangerous tackle as referee John Moss opted against showing him a card, yet the threat of a retrospective punishment looms.

Walker needed medical attention afterward, but was eventually able to stay in the match.
