Giaccherini made four starts for Italy during Euro 2016, tallying one goal on five shots (two on target), one assist, 10 crosses and one yellow card on six fouls. He takes his international record to four goals in 29 caps. Italy were eliminated dramatically after a quarterfinals penalty shoot-out loss to Germany.
Analysis:
Giaccherini wasn't able to earn regular playing time with Sunderland and played last season on loan with Bologna where he had a major role. The 31-year-old versatile midfielder showed solid prolific skills holding a decent fantasy upside and finished the season with seven goals and 1.6 shots per game in 28 Serie A appearances (27 starts).
