West Ham United FC is in Seattle this week on the club's annual US Tour, with a clash with the Sounders set for July 5.
West Ham players and coaches are using the Seattle Seahawks' facility, the Virginia Mason Athletic Center, in preparation for Tuesday's match.
On Saturday, the team got a look at where Russell Wilson, Richard Sherman, and the rest of the Seahawks regularly put in work.
