One of Everton's supporters isn't hesitating to pin the Toffees' struggles on the club's top scorer.
After a 93rd-minute goal from Manchester United's Anthony Martial eliminated Everton from the FA Cup in the competition's semi-finals, a supporter of the Toffees named Josh took to Twitter, uploading a video in which he's holding up Romelu Lukaku's shirt as it gets burned.
Winless in its last seven Premier League fixtures, Everton was banking on the FA Cup to provide its supporters with some optimism. Roberto Martinez is under pressure as his future at Goodison Park is clouded by uncertainty, but Lukaku, who has tallied 25 goals in all competitions this season, is beginning to come under fire as well for failing to score in his last six appearances.
