The 18-year-old is expected to attract plenty of interest this summer but it's believed he prefers a move to Tottenham and will reject Manchester United if the Red Devils make an approach, according to Dan Kilpatrick of the Evening Standard.
Sessegnon apparently wants to stay in London, as well as play Champions League football and work under Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino.
It's understood that Tottenham will likely wait to make an official approach until after the Champions League final on June 1 when they take on Liverpool.
Despite Sessegnon's apparent interest in joining Tottenham, Spurs will likely have to submit an offer in the region of £40 million to convince relegated Fulham to sell the youngster, Kilpatrick adds.
Tottenham, however, are reportedly hoping to procure his services for around £25 million.
Sessegnon, who's regarded as one of the most promising young players in England, scored two goals and provided six assists during his first taste of top-flight football last season.
