Title race rumbles on between Liverpool, Manchester City
Liverpool and Manchester City look destined to take the title race down to the wire.
Both sides picked up three points Wednesday; the Reds hammered Watford 5-0 at Anfield, while City earned a 1-0 victory over West Ham in a contest that would have been far more one-sided if not for wayward finishing.
Jurgen Klopp's men continue to set the pace atop the Premier League table, sitting on 69 points after their destruction of the Hornets. Pep Guardiola's side, meanwhile, remain just one point adrift with 10 matches left on the campaign.
For title hopefuls Liverpool, braces from Sadio Mane and Virgil van Dijk sandwiched a slick strike from Divock Origi as their home dominance against Watford continued.

The Citizens endured a far more nerve-racking encounter at the Etihad, but a Sergio Aguero penalty in the 59th minute was the difference.
Both sides are back in action this weekend. City visit Bournemouth, while Liverpool make the short trip to Goodison Park for the latest installment of the Merseyside derby against Everton.
