The tributes began to pour in almost immediately after Petr Cech announced he will retire at season's end.
Cech has earned plenty of respect from around the football world over a 20-year career that will end in north London with Arsenal.
However, the 36-year-old made a name for himself in the west end of the city during his wildly successful time at Chelsea. He played a pivotal role in helping the Blues win four Premier League titles, as well as the Champions League, Europa League, and several other trophies.
