Study: Bayern have most valuable trophy collection among European clubs

Bayern Munich may not be the most successful European club in terms of the number of trophies won, but their collection is worth the most money.

F.Hinds analyzed the trophy cabinets of teams from Europe's top leagues and compiled an "Alternative Football Rich List" showing the value of each team's silverware collection. Bayern are the richest with £3,113,360 worth of trophies, followed by Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Bayern earned top spot primarily due to winning the two most valuable trophies, the DFB-Pokal and the Bundesliga's Meisterschale, 19 and 29 times, respectively.
