UEFA names Champions League team of the season; Barcelona dominates with 10 players
Barcelona, having been crowned Champions League kings this past weekend, can now add another (unofficial) accolade to their impressive haul from a remarkable season.
UEFA named its Champions League team of the season on Tuesday, with the Blaugrana, not surprisingly, dominating the list of players recognized as the best in the competition this year.

The full team, comprised of 18 players, is as follows:
Goalkeepers: Gianluigi Buffon (Juventus), Marc-Andre ter Stegen (Barcelona)
Defenders: Branislav Ivanovic (Chelsea), Javier Mascherano (Barcelona), Gerard Pique (Barcelona), Giorgio Chiellini (Juventus), Jordi Alba (Barcelona)
