Kaymer withdrew Tuesday from this week's RBC Canadian Open, Rob Bolton of PGATour.com reports.
Analysis:
Since he's not eligible for the WBC-Bridgestone Invitational that begins Aug. 2, Kaymer will take the next two weeks off in preparation for the PGA Championship. Kaymer failed to make the cut for the British Open last weekend after shooting a 71 in Round 1 and a 75 in Round 2.
