RedBlacks sign LB Khalil Bass

The Grey Cup champion Ottawa RedBlacks have added a big piece to their defence, signing former Winnipeg Blue Bomber linebacker Khalil Bass, the club announced.
Bass recorded 82 tackles, four sacks, two interceptions, and four forced fumbles in 2016, helping lead the Blue Bombers back to the playoffs for the first time since 2011.
In his first two seasons in the CFL, both with Winnipeg, Bass has 181 tackles, nine sacks, three interceptions, and five forced fumbles. He also has two defensive touchdowns.
