A power outage in downtown Regina has caused the preseason opener between the BC Lions and the Saskatchewan Roughriders to come to a halt.
According to 620 CKRM out of Regina, the delay occurred during halftime at around 8:45 p.m. CT.
The delay has not kept fans in attendance from having a great time, however, as Mosaic Stadium has provided the crowd with the music of everyone's favorite recording artist: Neil Diamond.
