ATP World Rankings: No change in top 3, Nadal drops to 7th, Berdych into 4th

The ATP Rankings remained relatively unchanged following the Italian Open this past week.

No. 1 Novak Djokovic defeated No. 2 Roger Federer 6-4, 6-3 on Saturday to extend his winning streak to 22. He remains No. 1 with Federer No. 2 and Murray third.

Tomas Berdych moved up a spot to No. 4 in the world despite a semifinal loss to Federer. Milos Raonic, out with a foot injury, dropped two spots out of the top 5.
