The Carolina Panthers reportedly signed receiver Rashad Ross of the AAF's Arizona Hotshots on Thursday, a source informed ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Ross led the AAF with seven touchdown catches and was second in receiving yards with 583 before the league suspended operations this week.
He averaged 16.2 yards per reception for the Western Conference leaders.
Ross played in 20 games for the Washington Redskins between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, he made two appearances for the Chicago Bears.
He'll have an opportunity to etch out playing time on a Panthers receiving corps that includes Curtis Samuel, DJ Moore, Torrey Smith, and Jarius Wright.
