Value Rankings
C | 1B/DH | 2B | SS | 3B | OF | SP
Top Options
| Name | Opponent | Value |
|---|---|---|
| Hunter Pence (SF) | vs. STL | 8 |
| Andrew Benintendi (BOS) | vs. NYY | 8 |
| Nelson Cruz (SEA) | vs. HOU | 8 |
Pence is red-hot, holding a .447 average over his last 10 games and homering on Thursday.
Benintendi is back from the DL and represents one of the more affordable routes into the Red Sox offense. The rookie has hit .324 in 22 games, and as a left-handed bat, should face inexperienced Yankees RHP Bryan Mitchell.
Cruz has homered in consecutive games, and has five multi-hit efforts in his last 10 outings. Houston RHP Mike Fiers is coming off a game in which hr allowed seven earned runs in just 2 1/3 innings. Fiers has also given up nine homers in his last 10 starts.
Mid-Tier Targets

| Name | Opponent | Value |
|---|---|---|
| Roman Quinn (PHI) | vs. MIA | 7 |
| Ender Inciarte (ATL) | vs. WAS | 7 |
| Khris Davis (OAK) | at TEX | 6 |
Inciarte has five multi-hit games in his last 10, and despite the lefty-lefty matchup, is 4-for-10 against the Nationals' Gio Gonzalez.
Davis may be subdued somewhat by facing Texas' Yu Darvish, but he comes in hot, having been at the heart of Oakland's destruction of the Royals. Davis had two home runs and eight RBIs over the four-game set.
Nothing to See Here

| Name | Opponent | Value |
|---|---|---|
| Max Kepler (MIN) | at NYM | 3 |
| Travis Jankowski (SD) | at COL | 2 |
| Andre Ethier (LAD) | at ARI | 1 |
1-for-11 on the season after an extended DL stint, Ethier has an incredibly high DFS price for someone working his way back into action. Despite a favorable matchup, he's in tough to live up to his valuation.
Jankowski is a decent stolen base threat in season-long leagues, but won't likely live up to his Coors Field-inspired price bump in DFS. In 300 at-bats, he's homered twice and added 12 RBIs, so he's not a likely source of counting stats beyond the occasional steal.
