NFL insights: Most bets on Eagles, Bills to win Super Bowl

The Eagles have a clearer path to the Super Bowl than the AFC contenders. Their biggest threats are the Lions and division-rival Commanders, but neither of those teams should strike fear into the champs. Philly is returning most of its championship roster and the tush push wasn't banned during the offseason, giving the Eagles another year of free touchdowns once they reach the goal line.
Philadelphia is +300 to win the NFC, -160 to win the NFC East, and has a win total of 11.5, tied for the highest in the league. All signs point toward another year of dominance by the Eagles.
Meanwhile, the co-favorite Ravens, who have attracted the third-most handle (11.64%), have to navigate the AFC's gauntlet of elite quarterbacks. A good portion of bettors believe this is the year Lamar Jackson finally breaks through in the playoffs. The two-time MVP is 3-5 in the postseason and has appeared in just one AFC Championship Game.
The love for the Chiefs seems to be subsiding. After being the most-bet team last year as Super Bowl favorites and reaching the championship game for the fifth time in six seasons, Kansas City has attracted roughly half as much action as both the Eagles and Bills. The Chiefs have only amassed 8.08% of the bets.
The Chiefs won 15 regular-season games last year and waltzed into another Super Bowl, where they were outclassed by the Eagles. Bettor fatigue has clearly set in, and people are tired of seeing - and cheering for - their Super Bowl runs.
Bettors aren't buying the Commanders as threats in the NFC. They've received the lowest handle among teams priced below +2000 and collected only 4.57% of the bets. Jayden Daniels led Washington to the NFC Championship Game in his rookie season, and the team took steps to upgrade its offensive line, receiving core, and defense. But those offseason moves haven't persuaded bettors.
Action on Super Bowl long shots is relatively low and flat. The Cardinals (0.20%), Saints (0.20%), and Colts (0.15%) have received the least amount of action.
The Saints have the longest Super Bowl odds at +30000 and are most likely to be picking first in the 2026 draft.
