WWE legend Ric Flair is set to make his feature-length acting debut.

Flair has reached an agreement in principle to star in "Uncle Steamroller and Champion Rabbit," according to Tony Maglio of The Wrap. It's an R-rated movie about "a dejected Iraq war veteran who struggles to regain his pro heavyweight wrestling championship while being managed by a failed motivational speaker."

Flair will play the president of a professional wrestling promotion where the Uncle Steamroller character attempts to make his comeback. He will also serve as an executive producer on the film, along with his fiancee, Wendy Barlow.

"I really like this wonderfully written script and find it to be very entertaining," Flair said. "The edgy sense of humor is great, but the story also has a good heart. I'm expecting the inspirational story line will appeal to fans that extend beyond my loyal core wrestling base, and I am seriously looking forward to getting this film in front of worldwide audiences. Wooooooooooooooooo!"
