Herta became the second consecutive NTT IndyCar Series driver to win from the pole position at MId-Ohio Sports Car Course, capping a podium sweep Sunday for Andretti Autosport as the team scored its first victory this season, NBC Sports reports.

The second half of the weekend doubleheader at Mid-Ohio would see a similar performance to Saturday's dominant showcase by Will Power. Herta would start from the pole position and lead 57 of the 75 laps. The young driver would cruise to a 1.3-second lead over the fast-closing Alexander Rossi. It was Herta's first victory of the season and third-career win.
