Kyle Larson: 10th-Place in Daytona 500
Larson finished 10th in Monday's Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway Monday evening.
Analysis:
The Chip Ganassi Racing star would start eighth on the grid and race up-and-down the order in Monday's Daytona 500. He raced just 37 laps inside the Top 15 and opted to ride back in the field to avoid accidents for most of the race. Larson would move forward late and keep the fenders on the No. 42 Chevrolet despite several late-race crashes. He would cross the finish line 10th for his third-career Top 10 in the Daytona 500 and fourth Daytona Top 10 overall. This is a good start to the season for this driver in a contract year at Ganassi.
