Noah Gragson: Third at Las Vegas
Gragson finished third in the Boyd Gaming 300 Xfinity Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway Saturday afternoon.
Analysis:
Gragson started fourth on the grid and quickly faded to 10th by the end of stage 1. He would fall outside the Top 10 during stage 2, and struggle during the middle parts of the race. Gragson would rally brilliantly during the final 100-lap stage. With major contenders such as Christopher Bell and Tyler Reddick encountering trouble on the first overtime restart, Gragson would seize the opportunity to move on the lead. He would cross the finish lined third at the checkered flag. It was his first Top-5 finish of the season, and the JR Motorsports driver moves into 10th-place in the driver point standings as a result.
