David Richard / USA TODAY Sports

Here are theScore's small forward value rankings for Wednesday, November 25:

Value Rankings
PG | SG | SF | PF | C

Top Options

Name Opponent Value
Carmelo Anthony (NY) at ORL 9
Giannis Antetokounmpo (MIL) vs. SAC 9
Rudy Gay (SAC) at MIL 8
LeBron James (CLE) at TOR 8
Trevor Ariza (HOU) vs.MEM 8
Jae Crowder (BOS) vs. PHI 7
Kawhi Leonard (SA) vs. DAL 7
Kevin Durant (OKC) vs. BKN 7

Melo and the Knicks are getting stronger. He's pricey but he's a great bet to fill the stat sheet. Antetokounmpo comes at a discount compared to other top names, but he has earned his spot. Gay is coming off his highest scoring game of the season while nursing a shoulder injury. It shouldn't be a concern.

Ariza is a great budget option at all times. Leonard would be an MVP candidate if Steph Curry didn't exist. Durant was solid returning from injury against one of the league's top defenses. While he may be slowed a bit, you can't sleep on him.

Best of the Rest

Name Opponent Value
Gordon Hayward (UTA) at LAC 6
Omri Casspi (SAC) at MIL 6
DeMarre Carroll (TOR) vs. CLE 6
Tobias Harris (ORL) vs. NY 6
Evan Fournier (ORL) vs. NY 6
Jerami Grant (PHI) at BOS 6
Robert Covington (PHI) at BOS 6
Otto Porter (WAS) at CHA 6
Joe Johnson (BKN) at OKC 5
Marcus Morris (DET) vs. MIA 5
Marcus Thornton (HOU) vs. MEM 5
Aaron Gordon (ORL) vs. NY 5
T.J. Warren (PHO) vs. NO 4
Justise Winslow (MIA) at DET 4

Something isn't clicking with Hayward. He was far more consistent a year ago. Casspi has been returning nice value consistently and quietly. Carroll is back and forth, though he's logging good minutes and the plantar fasciitis doesn't seem to be nagging at him. Covington and Grant have been among the only few bright spots of late in Philly and are dirt cheap.

Nothing to See Here

Name Opponent Value
Luol Deng (MIA) at DET 3
P.J. Tucker (PHO) vs. NO 3
Thabo Sefolosha (ATL) at MIN 3
Tony Allen (MEM) at HOU 3
Matt Barnes (MEM) at HOU 3
Stanley Johnson (DET) vs. MIA 2
Jeff Green (MEM) at HOU 2
Paul Pierce (LAC) vs. UTA 2
Chandler Parsons (DAL) at SA 2

Deng is banged up and should be faded indefinitely. The situation in Memphis is messy, though any one of them could return value on a given night. Johnson hasn't gotten an opportunity to log too many minutes - averaging just under 20 over his last ten games - but he's only a Marcus Morris bad streak away from gaining relevance. The talent is there even if the usage isn't.
