DFS: Wednesday's Shooting Guard Value Rankings
Here are theScore's shooting guard value rankings for Wednesday, November 25:
Value Rankings
PG | SG | SF | PF | C
Top Options
Name | Opponent | Value |
---|---|---|
Dwyane Wade (MIA) | at DET | 9 |
Bradley Beal (WAS) | at CHA | 9 |
Andrew Wiggins (MIN) | vs. ATL | 9 |
Eric Bledsoe (PHO) | vs. NO | 8 |
DeMar DeRozan (TOR) | vs. CLE | 8 |
Wade hasn't lived up to his expectations, but he is one of the cheaper elite options at a thin position. Beal looked like a superstar prior to his injury and should return to that form in Charlotte. Wiggins is close to being matchup-proof and should be rostered no matter who he's facing.
Best of the Rest
Name | Opponent | Value |
---|---|---|
James Harden (HOU) | vs. MEM | 7 |
Manu Ginobili (SA) | vs. DAL | 7 |
Danny Green (SA) | vs. DAL | 7 |
Khris Middleton (MIL) | vs. SAC | 6 |
Eric Gordon (NO) | at PHO | 6 |
Jeremy Lamb (CHA) | vs. WAS | 6 |
Alec Burks (UTA) | at LAC | 6 |
Victor Oladipo (ORL) | vs. NY | 6 |
Langston Galloway (NY) | at ORL | 5 |
Arron Afflalo (NY) | at ORL | 5 |
Rodney Hood (UTA) | at LAC | 5 |
Kyle Korver (ATL) | at MIN | 5 |
Dion Waiters (OKC) | vs. BKN | 5 |
Ginobili will score about half as many fantasy points as Harden, but he also costs half as much. He is a bit of a risk because of his age, though. That, and Green finally broke his season open against Phoenix. He could be on the rise.
While there may not be many cream of the crop options, SG features a swath of players who could return decent value. Players like Korver and Burks haven't played to expectations, but will do fine on a given night. Some nights, Oladipo looks like a superstar.
Nothing to See Here
Name | Opponent | Value |
---|---|---|
Avery Bradley (BOS) | vs. PHI | 4 |
Evan Turner (BOS) | vs. PHI | 4 |
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (DET) | vs. MIA | 3 |
J.J. Redick (LAC) | vs. UTA | 3 |
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (BKN) | at OKC | 3 |
Hollis Thompson (PHI) | at BOS | 3 |
Courtney Lee (MEM) | at HOU | 3 |
Jamal Crawford (LAC) | vs. UTA | 2 |
Wesley Matthews (DAL) | at SA | 2 |
Marco Belinelli (SAC) | at MIL | 2 |
KCP will probably have trouble against Miami. Fade him. Redick and Crawford don't project well against the Jazz. Matthews has been iffy most of the season and is one of the most underwhelming names in Dallas.
