Stacks of the Day - Favor the Tigers' Righties Against Lefty Niese

Here are the top stacks for Monday's 11-game slate:

Detroit Tigers (vs. Pittsburgh)

The right-heavy lineup of the Tigers favors left-handed pitching, which should cause plenty of problems for Pirates LHP Jonathon Niese, who owns an alarming 4.40 ERA against right-handed batters.

OF Justin Upton hasn't lived up to expectations throughout his first four games as a Tiger, failing to register a home run or RBI. But he does have a .346 batting average against Niese despite only producing two runs.

The Tigers have yet to score fewer than four runs in a game, which only adds value to power hitters Miguel Cabrera and J.D Martinez. Leadoff man Ian Kinsler is 1-for-3 with two walks all-time against Niese. Expect the Tigers attack to score early and often at Comerica Park.

3-player stack: Kinsler, Cabrea, Martinez

5-player stack: Kinsler, Upton, Cabrera, Victor Martinez, J.D. Martinez

Seattle Mariners (vs. Rangers)

The Mariners scored runs in bunches against the Rangers during their first meeting, racking up 21 in the three-game series. Rangers RHP Colby Lewis goes Monday, which bodes well for lefties Kyle Seager and Robinson Cano.

Though 1B Adam Lind has failed to hit a home run or produce an RBI, he favors RHP by slashing .292/.353/.507. He's a solid buy-low option at 1B.

Cruz has the power to take any pitcher yard and should be included in the Mariners' stack. The top of Seattle's batting lineup is made up of lefties and switch hitters, making it a safe choice.

3-player stack: Cano, Cruz, Seager

5-player stack: Nori Aoki, Ketel Marte, Cano, Cruz, Seager

Boston Red Sox (vs. Orioles)

The Red Sox are one of the hottest DFS stacks, scoring eight runs on both Friday and Saturday against the Blue Jays before RHP Marco Estrada put together a strong performance and shut them out on Sunday.

With Boston's home opener going Monday, Orioles' RHP Yovani Gallardo is in for a long day against the red-hot lineup, especially if OF Mookie Betts finally snaps out of his season-opening slump.

With utility man Brock Holt back in the lineup and David Ortiz playing his last home opener, Red Sox batters should get after Gallardo often. The top of the order is a safe play in all formats.

3-player stack: Betts, Ortiz, Holt

5-player stack: Dustin Pedroia, Xander Bogaerts, Ortiz, Hanley Ramirez, Holt
