Why Acuna's No. 1: On the surface, having Acuna atop the rankings after two injury-marred campaigns might be a mistake. However, his upside is too good to ignore. The Braves star was on an MVP pace before he tore his ACL in 2021. It appears he's fully healthy after battling some swelling in his knee last year. If he can stay on the field, he carries legitimate 40-home run, 40-stolen base upside. That alone makes him a worthy top pick in any format.

Dark-horse pick: Greene showed flashes of his tremendous potential during his 92-game rookie campaign last season. He consistently made hard contact, boasting strong numbers in hard-hit rate (45.2%) and average exit velocity (89.5 mph). Greene will also find a friendlier offensive environment at home after the Tigers made some alterations to the dimensions at Comerica Park.

Player worth reaching for: Although he hasn't seen action since 2021 due to a shoulder injury, Conforto should still be able to deliver above-average offensive production, as he's done in every year of his career but one. Moving to Oracle Park in San Francisco isn't ideal from a power production standpoint, but Conforto's ability to get on base and showcase home run pop make him a player worth grabbing a round or two earlier than his ADP.
