Weather Watch - Wednesday, June 22

Andy Marlin / USA TODAY

Dome Games: Atlanta Braves at Miami Marlins; Los Angeles Angels at Houston Astros; Arizona Diamondbacks at Toronto Blue Jays

Colorado Rockies at New York Yankees, 1:05 p.m.

Gusts up to 13 mph will be the biggest factor in New York. Coming from the west, the wind will give a mild boost to fly balls. Clear skies and a temperature of 80 F are expected.

Risk Factor: 1

Kansas City Royals at New York Mets, 1:10 p.m.

The Mets host Kansas City in similar conditions as their state rivals. Expect a few more clouds for Citi Field, though there are no real concerns.

Risk Factor: 2

St. Louis Cardinals at Chicago Cubs, 2:20 p.m.

It will more than likely rain in Chicago as a thunderstorm is expected to hit Wrigley Field. Monitor this one closely as a delay or postponement seems probable.

Risk Factor: 8

Milwaukee Brewers at Oakland Athletics, 3:35 p.m.

A 10 mph wind will aid fly balls in O.Co Coliseum. However, a mild temperature of 70 F is a tad cool for a California afternoon.

Risk Factor: 0

San Diego Padres at Baltimore Orioles, 7:05 p.m.

A warm evening and a light breeze from the west should aid hitters in an already friendly ball park. There is just a minimal chance of rain.

Risk Factor: 1

San Francisco Giants at Pittsburgh Pirates, 7:05 p.m.

The forecast calls for a mix of sun and clouds with a temperature of 77 F. There are no major concerns in Pittsburgh as a light breeze and minimal chance of rain are expected.

Risk Factor: 2

Chicago White Sox at Boston Red Sox, 7:10 p.m.

This laundry-based matchup comes with a 20 percent of chance of rain and 6 mph wind. The rain will dwindle as the game progresses with sunny skies expected in the later innings.

Risk Factor: 5

Seattle Mariners at Detroit Tigers, 7:10 p.m.

A chance of thunderstorms is mentioned for Detroit. However, there is only a 25 percent chance of rain and just a light breeze expected. If a storm fails to materialize, there won't be any concerns.

Risk Factor: 6

Tampa Bay Rays at Cleveland Indians, 7:10 p.m.

Clouds will bring the temperature down to the low 70's shortly after first pitch. Fly balls may take a slight hit as a 3 mph wind from the north moves through Cleveland.

Risk Factor: 2

Cincinnati Reds at Texas Rangers, 8:10 p.m.

With a temperature in the 90's, this matchup is a good one to target for fantasy. A 10 mph wind from the south, however, will negate some of the positive park factors.

Risk Factor: 0

Philadelphia Phillies at Minnesota Twins, 8:10 p.m.

A risk of thunderstorm and 32 percent chance of rain could cause a few issues in Minnesota. The forecast doesn't seem overly concerning, but it is worth monitoring.

Risk Factor: 5

Washington Nationals at Los Angeles Dodgers, 10:10 p.m.

A wind moving from south to north will aid hitters at Dodger Stadium. With no chance of rain and sunny skies expected, it's only good news for fantasy players targeting Washington or L.A. hitters.

Risk Factor: 0
