Auburn's Nix entering transfer portal

Auburn quarterback Bo Nix is entering the transfer portal after three years with the program, he announced Sunday.
Nix, who will be a graduate transfer, called leaving Auburn the "toughest" decision he's ever made.
The Tigers have turned to Nix as their starting quarterback for the last three seasons. Nix was voted SEC Freshman of the Year after throwing for 16 touchdowns and 2,542 yards in 2019.
The 21-year-old's 2021 campaign came to an end prematurely due to an ankle injury. However, he was still able to pass for 2,294 yards, 11 touchdowns, and a career-low three interceptions over 10 games.
