This year's NBA draft combine could potentially take place in Orlando or Las Vegas, sources told Zagsblog's Adam Zagoria.
Both Orlando and Las Vegas have reportedly been tabbed as locations for Eastern and Western Conference play, respectively, if the 2019-20 NBA season resumes.
Chicago, the original host of the 2020 draft combine, is also said to be an option.
"If there is a combine, it will probably be in Chicago or Las Vegas or Orlando, if that is where they are going to have the teams play if there is a season," one NBA executive told Zagoria.
The league is also reportedly reviewing the possibility of holding the draft combine virtually.
Teams have been limited to a maximum of four hours of virtual interview time with each prospect and can speak with a player for no more than two hours per week. However, clubs are restricted from requesting live virtual workouts from potential draftees.
The NBA draft is tentatively scheduled for June 25, though that date is expected to be pushed back. Teams are reportedly hoping the league office can be persuaded to push the event back to Aug. 1 at the earliest.
