Twitter rips Lakers during blowout loss to Pelicans
It was anything but the Los Angeles Lakers' night Sunday.
LeBron James and Co. struggled mightily against the New Orleans Pelicans, trailing by as much as 32 points before losing 123-95.
As we should come to expect by now, Twitter had plenty to say as the Lakers fell further and further behind while the second half dragged on.

the lakers firing frank vogel would be like just changing the tires after totaling your car. like, yeah you probably need to do that too but it's not making that car drive again

Exasperated Laker fan near press row: "What are you doing?!?!" I haven't heard these many random utterances of frustrations in the stands since the lottery years

Pelicans smacking the Lakers the week of Mardi Gras can only mean one thing…

You could be upset that the NBA's television partners keep putting a bad product on their broadcasts. But if the Lakers are going to be straight dumpster juice every game, how can you look away?

DeAndre Jordan cleared up any confusion with the “my bad.” Maybe the best example of accountability from the Lakers this season. https://t.co/IvAruynNw3

Tilman Fertitta really thought Chris Paul’s contract was the worst he’d ever seen and then traded it (and picks!) for Russell Westbrook’s contract. Just special.

Frank Vogel was screaming "Wake up!" at veteran referee Tom Washington after that Carmelo miss. Technical foul. That's a message his team needed to hear in, oh, October.

Ingram is just GIVING it to the Lakers. Goodness. No spirit or fight out there from the home team.

Gotta factor in the injuries but man … it is astonishing to see a LeBron James team this punchless.
He’s never had less help and never needed more.
smells like groin tightness is in the forecast.

Can’t tell who gave the better performance tonight, the Euohoria cast in tonight’s finale or Richard Jefferson roasting the Lakers for a whole half while they get their doors blown off

Lakers should move to Seattle

However, the strongest reaction of the night might've belonged to the Lakers faithful. After the team tallied its 18th turnover halfway through the third quarter, fans at Crypto.com Arena didn't hold back as they started loudly booing their squad.

The booing wasn't very effective, though. Los Angeles recorded 23 turnovers, with James and Russell Westbrook registering seven apiece.
