7:26 p.m. ET - With Chargers-Jets winding down, we're almost done another afternoon of fantasy action. As always, thanks for following along.

7:22 p.m. ET - Peyton Manning finishes with 479 yards passing, the most by a quarterback this season. Demaryius Thomas finishes with 226 yards receiving, the most by a wide receiver.

7:09 p.m. ET - Juwan Thompson scores a rushing touchdown for the Broncos. He could be a player to monitor if Montee Ball misses time.

7:04 p.m. ET - The Chargers are outgaining the Jets 418-65. Hope you didn't start any Jets on your fantasy team this week.

6:59 p.m. ET - Peyton Manning and Julius Thomas hook up for another touchdown. That's two on the day for the dynamic duo and seven on the year.

6:56 p.m. ET - Frank Gore is approaching 100 yards on the ground. He's the running back who will never die and will always be underrated.

6:53 p.m. ET - The Jets have yet to cross midfield today. Oh boy.

6:37 p.m. ET - Logan Thomas finds Andre Ellington on the sideline and the tailback outsprints the defense for an 81-yard touchdown. It's the first touchdown pass of Thomas' career.

6:30 p.m. ET - Branden Oliver blows through the defense for a nine-yard receiving touchdown. Fantasy world, meet the player you're about to spend all your FAAB dollars on. Oliver is up to 163 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns.

6:23 p.m. ET - Branden Oliver rips off a 52-yard run against the NFL's best rush defense. He's nearing 100 yards on the ground.

6:22 p.m. ET - C.J. Anderson is inactive for the Broncos, so Ronnie Hillman will lead the rushing attack with Montee Ball on the sideline.

6:19 p.m. ET - Michael Vick doesn't look particularly good.

6:15 p.m. ET - Drew Stanton exits with an injury. Logan Thomas is warming up for the Cardinals.

6:14 p.m. ET - Donald Brown is announced as out for the game with a concussion.

6:13 p.m. ET - Montee Ball is helped off the field with an apparent groin injury.

6:10 p.m. ET - Michael Vick is set to enter the game for the Jets. Geno Smith has been benched.

6:07 p.m. ET - De'Anthony Thomas gets a snap in the Chiefs' backfield and "vultures" a touchdown from Jamaal Charles on a 17-yard reception.

5:55 p.m. ET - Geno Smith finishes the first half at 4-of-12 for 27 yards passing and an interception. We could see Michael Vick in the second half.

5:48 p.m. ET - Fantasy world, meet Branden Oliver. He takes a carry up the middle for a 15-yard touchdown.

5:44 p.m. ET - Branden Oliver picks up 50 yards on a catch-and-run play. He's in line for a lot of carries and pass targets with Donald Brown out hurt.

5:40 p.m. ET - Colin Kaepernick caps a long drive with a nine-yard touchdown pass to Stevie Johnson.

5:35 p.m. ET - The 2013 version of Demaryius Thomas is officially back. He blazes down the sideline for an 86-yard touchdown. Yep, he's finally healthy.

5:33 p.m. ET - Donald Brown heads to the locker room with an apparent injury. The Chargers have very little depth behind him at running back.

5:28 p.m. ET - Philip Rivers and Antonio Gates hook up for a second touchdown. Scroll down a bit. We predicted it!

5:24 p.m. ET - Right after the Manning interception, Andre Ellington takes the ball in for a five-yard touchdown. It's Ellington's first touchdown this season and a very promising sign.

5:23 p.m. ET - Peyton Manning matches his two first-half touchdowns with his second interception.

5:13 p.m. ET - Demaryius Thomas looks shot out of a cannon on a 31-yard touchdown pass. Are his injury woes behind him? He got off a slow start this season, but he could be turning the corner.

5:10 p.m. ET - Emmanuel Sanders has a long touchdown called back. He torched Patrick Peterson on the play, though. What a great free agency pickup for the Broncos.

4:53 p.m. ET - Montee Ball is off to another slow start. He rushed for just five yards on two carries in the first quarter. Is it possible he's just not that good?

4:42 p.m. ET - Philip Rivers and Antonio Gates hook up for a touchdown. One gets the feeling that could happen a few times today. The Jets can't cover anyone.

4:39 p.m. ET - Keenan Allen takes a knock but seems to be OK. He walks to the sideline. Phew.

4:36 p.m. ET - Peyton Manning hooks up with Julius Thomas for his 500th career passing touchdown. Only Brett Favre has accomplished the same feat.

4:34 p.m. ET - Travis Kelce scores a touchdown on a short reception. He's on his way to being the breakout fantasy tight end of the season - and maybe just the breakout fantasy player. He is a beast.

4:32 p.m. ET - Khiry Robinson bowls over a defender en route to a game-winning touchdown in overtime.

4:26 p.m. ET - One of the more under-reported stories in fantasy football this season has been the poor play of Drew Brees. He has over 350 yards passing and two touchdowns today, but he also has three interceptions and he has been wildly inaccurate at times. Something is wrong with him right now.

4:22 p.m. ET - Dan Carpenter hits a 58-yard field goal with seconds remaining to give the Bills the lead. You probably didn't start him in fantasy - no one did - but 58 yards!

4:20 p.m. ET - Former Broncos kicker Matt Prater won't be unemployed for long. The Lions need a new kicker.

4:09 p.m. ET - Late games are starting, so let's run down some of the biggest performers from the early games: Jay Cutler, Andrew Luck, Tony Romo, Arian Foster, Pierre Thomas, Matt Forte, Kendall Wright, Brian Quick, Greg Olsen.

3:59 p.m. ET - Brian Quick scores his second touchdown. Breakout season? You better believe it.

3:58 p.m. ET - Would could see a few games go to overtime today. Bonus fantasy points!

3:55 p.m. ET - Calvin Johnson officially announced as doubtful to return. Duh. We figured that out when he went to the locker room a while ago.

3:53 p.m. ET - Kelvin Benjamin has had a few drops today. They won't all be great weeks, rookie.

3:46 p.m. ET - Pierre Thomas scores for the second time today. He's the only Saints player producing big numbers vs. the Buccaneers.

3:43 p.m. ET - Arian Foster blasts his way into the end zone for the second time today.

3:40 p.m. ET - Andrew Luck scores a rushing touchdown. He also has a touchdown pass and two interceptions on the day.

3:39 p.m. ET - Reggie Bush is questionable to return with an ankle injury.

3:30 p.m. ET - Odell Beckham Jr. scores the first touchdown of his career in his debut for the Giants. What a crop of first-round rookie wide receivers this year.

3:29 p.m. ET - Zac Stacy is doubtful to return after injuring his calf. His backup, Benny Cunningham, scores a touchdown.

3:25 p.m. ET - Ben Tate is over 100 yards rushing for the Browns. Terrance West and Isaiah Crowell are, essentially, non-factors.

3:17 p.m. ET - Rashad Jennings is ruled out for the remainder of the game.

3:15 p.m. ET - Dez Bryant scores on a back shoulder fade from Tony Romo. That play is pretty much impossible to defend.

3:13 p.m. ET - Calvin Johnson heads to the locker room. It looks like his day is over.

3:12 p.m. ET - Vernon Davis and Eric Decker are two notable inactives in the late games.

3:11 p.m. ET - Rookie Andre Williams is running hard in relief of the injured Rashad Jennings. He finishes a drive with a short touchdown.

3:06 p.m. ET - Chris Ogbonnaya scores a rushing touchdown. Bet you never thought you'd hear that sentence again. Fantasy football is goofy.

3:04 p.m. ET - Calvin Johnson is officially questionable to return after aggravating his ankle injury.

3:01 p.m. ET - Rashad Jennings is questionable to return after injuring his knee.

2:58 p.m. ET - Antone Smith scores a 74-yard touchdown. He looks like the best running back on the Falcons. Why don't they give him (a lot) more touches?

2:57 p.m. ET - Calvin Johnson makes a short catch but gets shaken up on the tackle. He exits the game.

2:54 p.m. ET - Jimmy Graham is officially ruled out for the rest of the game

2:53 p.m. ET - The Eagles DST forces a fumble and scores the unit's second touchdown of the day. It's not often your fantasy defense produces two touchdowns for you.

2:51 p.m. ET - Jimmy Graham doesn't come back out for the second half. It looks like his day is done.

2:48 p.m. ET - Matt Forte accounted for 120 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown in the first half. He's in line for a monster final stat line. The Bears will continue to run the ball in the second half.

2:41 p.m. ET - Arian Foster is having himself a day. He's up to 99 yards rushing and a touchdown on 12 carries.

2:29 p.m. ET - Ben Tate is back in control of the Browns' backfield. He has 11 carries for 77 yards. Terrance West has three carries for 13 yards. Isaiah Crowell has two for one yard.

2:28 p.m. ET - Riley Cooper makes a ridiculous leaping touchdown catch. Nick Foles hasn't played well, but he keeps producing strong fantasy numbers.

2:22 p.m. ET - Justin Hunter breaks loose for a 75-yard touchdown for the Titans. Suddenly, that offense has come alive.

2:18 p.m. ET - For a second straight week, Calvin Johnson is burning his fantasy owners. He still doesn't have a catch.

2:11 p.m. ET - Kendall Wright scores his second touchdown of the afternoon, this one from Charlie Whitehurst after Jake Locker leaves the game with a wrist injury.

2:03 p.m. ET - Doug Martin still isn't producing. He's at six carries for just nine yards.

2:02 p.m. ET - Jimmy Graham heads to the locker room. He was trying to play through an arm/shoulder injury.

2:01 p.m. ET - Jay Cutler is having a huge day. He has two passing touchdowns to go with one on the ground.

1:58 p.m. ET - Jake Locker is back in the game for the Titans. The offense actually looks pretty good with him behind center.

1:49 p.m. ET - LeSean McCoy's terrible season continues. He has just three yards on six touches to go with a lost fumble.

1:44 p.m. ET - Ebron's touchdown is reversed. He didn't maintain possession of the ball as he fell to the ground. Maybe he's more like Calvin Johnson than we all thought.

1:42 p.m. ET - Lions rookie Eric Ebron scores his second touchdown in two weeks. He's getting increased red zone targets with Calvin Johnson hobbled.

1:40 p.m. ET - Jake Locker injures himself on a touchdown run.

1:36 p.m. ET - Matt Forte scores his first touchdown of the season on a short dump-off from Jay Cutler.

1:34 p.m. ET - Nick Foles looks bad. It's becoming a weekly occurrence with him. That offense has so many weapons that his fantasy value has been maintained, but can he keep it up all season?

1:32 p.m. ET - Jimmy Graham walking around on the sideline. He looks like he will re-enter the game.

1:30 p.n. ET - Jimmy Graham is down hurt. He's favoring his arm.

1:29 p.m. ET - Arian Foster looks good so far. As long as his hamstring holds up, he's an RB1.

1:23 p.m. ET - The Giants target Rueben Randle on back-to-back-to-back red zone plays and he finally delivers a touchdown.

1:18 p.m. ET - Shonn Greene gets the start at running back for the Titans. Was talk that we'll see more Bishop Sankey this week premature?

1:12 p.m. ET - Ben Tate has two carries for 21 yards. He is the Browns' clear leader in the backfield early in their game vs. the Titans. Isaiah Crowell is the backup. No sign of Terrance West.

1:07 p.m. ET - First touchdown of the day is scored by the Eagles DST.

1:03 p.m. ET - Here we go! Thanks for joining us for another week. Check back all afternoon for the latest fantasy buzz.

12:55 p.m. ET - Get those lineups set!

12:39 p.m. ET - Keep those sit/start questions coming. @davidpwoods.

12:19 p.m. ET - Vernon Davis is expected to be inactive (the 49ers play in the late-afternoon game). Get him out of your lineup for an early game option if you can.

12:07 p.m. ET - Darrin Reaves will start at running back for the Panthers. If he's available in your league and you're desperate, he's an acceptable FLEX option.

12:06 p.m. ET - Ben Tate is active for the Browns and will reportedly start. Isaiah Crowell and Terrance West will both be involved, too. This could be a situation to avoid for a week until we see how the carries shake out.

11:50 a.m. ET - For any sit/start questions that you can't answer with Boone's rankings, hit me up on Twitter and I'll be happy to help. You can find me @davidpwoods. We can talk trades, too, if you have questions about that.

11:48 a.m. ET - theScore's Justin Boone is ranked No. 1 in the world in fantasy rankings accuracy. His final Week 5 rankings are here. They are a tremendous resource this week and every week.

11:40 a.m. ET - Calvin Johnson is active for the Lions. There's a risk he'll be used as a decoy, but he's Megatron. When he's active, he needs to be in your lineup.

11:39 a.m. ET - Arian Foster and Andre Johnson are both active for the Texans.

11:35 a.m. ET - We're back for another week of tracking all the fantasy buzz from around the NFL. As usual, we'll kick things off with all the inactives news you need to set your lineups.
