Soon-to-be 39-year-old catcher David Ross announced on Saturday that 2016 will be his last behind the plate, and his young teammates with the Chicago Cubs are going to make sure he remembers it.

Kris Bryant and Anthony Rizzo, who are both social media savvy, decided to start an Instagram account to document Ross' last season in the bigs.

The account with the clever handle "@grandparossy_3" will be run by the two superstars, and already features the following three posts:

The 2016 campaign will be the veteran catcher's 15th in a career that's currently featured 816 games played and a World Series title with the 2013 Boston Red Sox.
