Entering the All-Star break below .500 and out of playoff position, the 2015-16 season has been one to forget for the Houston Rockets.

However, things have reportedly been shaky in Houston for the past couple years, with the Rockets' two star players apparently working to get the other moved.

Following the Rockets' first-round loss to the Portland Trail Blazers in 2014, James Harden and Dwight Howard "were both sending out messages and maneuvering to get the other one traded," according to NBA.com's Fran Blinebury.

"If you look at it, the chemistry is not quite where you would like it, and hopefully the break can be what we need to get away from each other," guard Jason Terry said following the series loss. "It's like a marriage. You might need time away to get back right. I've seen worse."

Howard's name has surfaced in trade rumors, and it's possible he could be moved before Thursday's deadline.

"Genuinely do we like to play with each other? That's as simple as I can get it; X's and O's take care of itself," Terry added. "We're talking about basketball, and if you can't get five guys on the court that can function as a unit you're not going to have much success."
