Bortles is the runaway choice for top value QB, particularly on sites that still have him passively priced; he isn't shy about slinging the football, and the Ravens are dreadful at defending the pass. Dalton has a tasty Monday night matchup with the defensively challenged Texans, while Brady should weave his magic against a Giants team that denied him a perfect season in 2007.
