Laremy Tunsil, stepfather agree to drop domestic violence charges
Ole Miss left tackle Laremy Tunsil and his stepfather, Lindsey Miller, have agreed to drop domestic violence charges filed against one another, according to Riley Blevins of The Clarion-Ledger.
The dismissal forms have been signed by both parties and filed with the Lafayette County Justice Court's clerk. They will be reviewed by Judge Johnny McLarty on Monday, at which point it is expected the charges will be dropped.
The charges stem from an incident that took place in Tunsil's mother's home in June. Tunsil claims he assaulted Miller in defense of his mother, Desiree Tunsil, while Miller says Laremy assaulted him after he confronted Laremy about his interactions with agents.
Miller's comments led to an NCAA investigation into Laremy and Ole Miss.
