Maple Leafs' Bernier pulled early in 2nd period vs. Hurricanes

Toronto Maple Leafs goaltender Jonathan Bernier was pulled from Monday's game against the Carolina Hurricanes after allowing his third goal of the game early in the second period.
Bernier allowed three in the first frame, but the original third goal was waved off due to goaltender interference.
He faced 13 shots before being replaced by James Reimer.
