Monday's contest between the Buffalo Sabres and Toronto Maple Leafs will also serve as a battle of the Nylanders.
The Sabres have called up 2016 first-round pick Alexander Nylander for his NHL debut, which comes against his brother William and the Maple Leafs, the team announced Monday.
The elder Nylander was recently named the NHL's rookie of the month for March, and has played an integral role in the young Maple Leafs' success this season, racking up 59 points in 76 games.
Alexander, a forward, was the eighth overall pick in June, and has spent his season with the Rochester Americans of the AHL, accumulating 27 points in 62 games.
