Report: Redskins to interview Wade Phillips for vacant DC job Friday

Wade Phillips is a hot free agent.
The former defensive coordinator of the Denver Broncos has an interview scheduled with the Washington Redskins for Friday evening, according to Liz Clarke of the Washington Post.
Phillips' name has also been floated for the vacant defensive coordinator position with the Los Angeles Rams.
In two years with the Broncos, the team won a Super Bowl in 2015 and finished fourth in the league in total defense this season.
Phillips has been in the NFL since 1976 in various defensive roles. He has also held head coaching gigs with the Broncos, Buffalo Bills, and Dallas Cowboys.
