Bryce Brentz, the outfielder selected 36th overall by the Boston Red Sox in the 2010 draft, lost his prospect luster a while ago, but the 27-year-old can still do some impressive stuff now and then.
During the sixth inning of his Triple-A club's clash with the Gwinnett Braves on Saturday, Brentz made an absurd catch on a foul ball off the bat of Blake Lalli, flipping into the left-field stands to corral the sinking liner.
Not bad for a guy whose most notable accomplishment in professional baseball to date was shooting himself in the leg in 2013.
