The strange start to Laremy Tunsil's NFL career continues.

The newest member of the Miami Dolphins was set to be introduced in a press conference Friday, but was forced to pull out after suffering an allergic reaction, executive vice president Mike Tannenbaum announced.

A team source told NFL Network's Jeff Darlington that there's no reason to believe Tunsil's reaction was caused by stress, and Tunsil doesn't think the allergic reaction was stress-induced either.

Tannenbaum said Tunsil had been at the Dolphins' facility for a couple of hours before suffering the allergic reaction, adding that he was being attended to by doctors at the time of the press conference.

Tunsil was likely to face difficult questions following one of the most bizarre draft nights in recent memory. The former Ole Miss standout suffered a dramatic fall in the first round after his social media accounts were hacked and a video was posted of him taking a bong hit while wearing a gas mask.

The Dolphins ended his slide by picking him with the 13th overall pick, a decision head coach Adam Gase called "a no-brainer."
