Report: Tunsil won't face NFL discipline, could be placed in substance abuse program
Laremy Tunsil's case is arguably one of the most unique in NFL draft history, with a draft day fall caused by a leaked video of him appearing to smoke marijuana from a bong while wearing a gas mask.
One of the question's raised by Tunsil's situation was whether he'd face discipline from the NFL in the same way active players do when they fail a drug test, and it appears we have our answer.
Tunsil won't be subject to discipline from the league, but he could be placed into the NFL's substance abuse program due to the incident, according to NFL Network's Jeff Darlington.
If the new Miami Dolphins offensive tackle is recommended to the program by clinical professionals, notes Darlington, it would mean he'd be at risk of discipline for any further incidents.
In the program, Tunsil would face a two-game fine, a four-game fine, a four-game suspension, a 10-game suspension, and a one-year banishment for further violations.

Tunsil emphasized on Thursday that he hadn't failed any drug tests during his time at Ole Miss.
