The Miami Heat continue to reload for the post-LeBron James era, signing journeyman shooting guard Reggie Williams to a one-year contract, according to a report from Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.

Williams, 27, played for the Golden State Warriors, Charlotte Bobcats and Oklahoma City Thunder over the past five seasons. For his career, the 6-foot-6 shooting guard has hit 37.1 percent of his 3-pointers.

The Virginia Military product is expected to provide bench scoring for the Heat, though more could be required depending on how Heat coach Eric Spoelstra decides to handle Dwyane Wade's regular season minutes.
