The Los Angeles Lakers coaching search appears to be coming to an end.
After three reported interviews, the Lakers have offered Byron Scott the head coaching position and are in negotiations according to ESPN's Chris Broussard.
Scott has been the favorite for the position for a few weeks, as the Lakers watched potential targets Lionel Hollins, Derek Fisher, and Stan Van Gundy find work elsewhere.
It has been a busy week for the Lakers, who introduced Jeremy Lin and Carlos Boozer to the media in the last two days.
