Last season, Young captivated fans across the NBA with his unique blend of theatrics and showmanship. With Kobe Bryant injured for much of the year, Young mopped up unclaimed possessions en route to averaging 17.9 points, 2.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game.
The 29-year-old Young profiles as a gunner who at times toes the line between playing H.O.R.S.E. and basketball. But despite his questionable shot selection, Young scored at an above-average rate last season, posting a true-shooting percentage of 56.4 percent.
