Tony Allen will play in Game 7

Justin Ford / USA TODAY Sports

A pesky migraine will not be enough keep 'the Grindfather' from suiting up in Saturday's must-win Game 7 against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Grizzlies guard Tony Allen missed morning shootaround with a migraine, but his condition apparently improved throughout the day. The pesky defender has been tremendously effective in deterring Thunder forward Kevin Durant, who is shooting just 41.2% from the field thus far in the playoffs.

Allen's contributions will be critical as his Grizzlies will be without the services of power foward Zach Randolph, who is serving a one-game suspension for hitting Thunder center Steven Adams in Game 6.
