Warriors' Pachulia jokingly asks if All-Star votes are a hack

Things are looking way up for one Golden State Warriors frontcourt man, and it's not who you might think. In fact, he's chalking it up to voter hacking.

Zaza Pachulia, the 14-year veteran from Georgia, leads all centers in All-Star balloting with 439,675 votes. He's second in the West behind teammate (and superstar) Kevin Durant.

"Do you think it's a (computer) hack?" he said at shootaround, according to CSN's Monty Poole.

Poole writes that the 32-year-old turned serious and reflected on the "resilience" of his 3.5 million countrymen and countrywomen.

"All I can do is sit back and enjoy it and be thankful, be really thankful for all of this," he said. "You can get mad if you want, or you can be happy if you want. But you can't buy this. It's a special moment and I really appreciate the support.

"And that's what I care about. I don't care about All-Star (status) and the fame that comes with it and the recognition that comes with it. I care about the support and the love I'm getting. It kind of tells me I'm doing something right. I'm not saying I'm perfect, but I'm doing something for me people, for my community."

Teammate Draymond Green joked earlier in the day that he would endorse Pachulia and would campaign for other players to do the same.
