Mavericks' Mejri denies insulting Ariza's family
Salah Mejri is all about mutual respect.
Following Tuesday's chippy affair between the Dallas Mavericks and the Houston Rockets, Trevor Ariza and some of his teammates waited outside the Mavs' locker room to confront Mejri for allegedly making disparaging remarks about Ariza's wife and children.
Mejri, 30, denied the claim and took to Twitter the following day to tell his side of the story:
There is always 2 sides to every story.I would never insult an opponent's family regardless of how much a player insulted me repeatedly pic.twitter.com/Gi8b9F8bzD
