Chicago White Sox shortstop Alexei Ramirez has built a career out of making incredibly difficult plays look rather routine.
The slick-fielding 33-year-old showed off his sure hands Saturday, throwing behind his back to get Kansas City Royals speedster Lorenzo Cain at second base for the force out.
